Dining is spread across five venues: Le Gourmet Gastronomy Restaurant and its sister Le Gourmet Terrace for multi-cuisine fine dining indoors or in the garden; Aurora Coffee Shop, an all-day poolside restaurant with hill views; Nolita Sky Lounge, an open-air Italian venue with a live kitchen; and Flamingo, the resort's after-dark music and drinks lounge.

For weddings and events, the resort offers seven venues ranging from the 35,000 sq ft Serenade Lawn (up to 1,000 guests) and the 15,000 sq ft Zen Garden to the air-conditioned Imperial Banquet Hall and Concorde Banquet Hall, the poolside Pool Deck, the Nolita Sky Lounge, and bonfire evenings with live Rajasthani folk performances.
